Not the best pictures. There wasn't a light inside my storage unit. Anyway, took care of a few last minute items, then gave it a good wash down. So, ordered Mirrors, V&H exhaust, Tribal shift and brake Pegs, Gasket for the Cam Cover, and brake cable clamps for the fork. I'll pull the Primary cover and I have a new Inner, I'll send that and a few other items to Space coast. My fenders and battery box covers SHOULD be done within a few weeks. When it comes back I'll take the bike to the paint shop for some minor paint (frame) repairs. He's also going to do the Primary replacement. After that I'll be ready for the Ceramic Coating Shop. I'm thinking that I may take it to a shop that has a DYNO and have them check everything out. I also plan to experiment with a type of oil/dye that if mixed properly can match the air filter with the powder coating on my Jugs.

Spent yesterday trying to get my storage unit converted into a shop with lights and electricity. Got a few rugs that feel alot easier on the tail than cold concrete. Speaking of cold, got a heater also. I'll pull the primary cover off tomorrow and get this last package sent off to Space Coast. I spoke with the guy from the Ceramic Coating Shop today. I'm going to have him coat the new V&H exhaust before I put it on. Hopefully this will prevent any blueing from starting. Also m, thought it would help having it coated UNDER the heat shields as well as on top. I'll start the cleaning/polishing process tomorrow. Stopped by the paint shop yesterday and tried to coordinate getting the bike in for the frame touch-up and primary swap. He's going to try and get me in/out so I don't pick up much
dust & grime from the shop...we'll see. I still have to let the paint cure for a month before adding the Ceramic Coating so I'll have a chance to do any final prep work. I'll go ahead and install the V&H at this point.

So I ordered a set of Accutronix Tribal Hand grips...yes...the same ones I sent back a couple months ago when I realized they didn't fit. I'm going to send these along with my BIG DOG OEM grips to the machine shop that did the Forward Control Modification. I want to get an estimate on having a set made. Probably half the cost will be in labor for creating a C.A.D. File for the C&C machine. I couldn't get an estimate without first sending everything in so I really don't know what it's going to run. If it's not too crazy I plan to get it done. We'll, I've got plenty of work to do while I wait on everyone else to do their part. Oh...almost forgot. Just happened to notice that the M.P.H. LED indicator on my DAKOTA DIGITAL is upside down! Yes...all that will have to come back off. Spoke with a tech at their shop today and he told me he'll have to remove/install the LED. Minor delay. Timeline: 6 weeks for Space Coast, Fenders should be ready by then. In/out paint shop by end of February. 1 month cure time and final prep... puts me at end of March for Ceramic Coating.

I have a few areas (bolts) that always collect condensation and rust. Especially the Rocker box Bolts. I thought I might add a drop of Silicone grease inside the bolt head and then cap them off with the chrome caps. I only have this issue with Bolts that point upwards.
