I've always used a piece of pipe, and a washer, on top of the seal as a slide hammer, to install new fork seals. Works like a champ.:smash: -

Yes bigdogpartskingpin for the rebuild kit. Get yourself a seal driver if it’s in your budget. Sure makes it easier to put the new seals...
