R&B Racing 2-1 pipe

Energy One
The black ceramic is $100 more. I paid $775 for siver ceramic plus $10 for billet gaskets. Not sure why you would pay the extra and then cover it up with heat shields. I love the raw look of this pipe so no heat shields for me. And yes this bugger is loud. Do yourself a favor and order a extra set of the billet gaskets and aircraft nuts because its hell to be down for 3 days for gaskets.

That's true. How's the heat off of these pipes? I bet it sounds good tho!

I have no problems at all with the heat, here is a sound clip of my bike.

Fucker sounds good Al! With ceramic coating there is no need for shields. If I decide to keep mine, it may get this pipe.

I forgot to mention that the bike sounds better than that video now because that was taken before the motor was built.

I've had my chromed RB 2x1's for a year now and had them ceramic coated on the inside before installing them. The idea was to stop any kind of bluing of the chrome. Well they have not blued but turn a little golden near near the heads.

I did not order the heat shields but will soon be doing so. Problem is that the pipes still get extremely hot when your running and will melt just about anything they come in contact with. Seems like I'm spending to much time cleaning and polishing those pipes.

Would I order the same pipes again? You bet I would, they sound, look and work good. Would I ceramic coat 100% of the inside again? Probably not, just the first 20" of the header. Heat shields in some other key places should take care of my other concern.

probably just need to call them as they're all built to order. Think I'm going to have to get one of these next year

I contacted them last week. They said 8 weeks. They said they can build straight away but its the coating (I asked for black ceramic) that takes the time.

Anyone know if LSR 2:1 exhaust will fit a 09 coyote? From what i've read this is the exhaust i've been looking for to replace stock.

thinking the same thing about the exhaust and my 08 pit. RB racings website is rather interesting to say the least. they do mention on there that the exhaust is one off and on a big dog you need to mock up a bracket.

LSR 2-1 Customs

I'm guessing that the fit should be somewhat the same regardless of big dog model. I'm leaning towards the LSR 2:1 although als bike sounds sweet. sounds like a funny car.
