Try changing the orientation of your spike air filter. If its forward, point it up, and vice versa....and check if the auxiliary bowl vent screw has been removed? S&S recommends removing it when changing breathers.
The air filter has been on for quite awhile. I'll try changing the direction of it. Let you know..........

I just like my Freedom
FWIW, now that I stop and think about it, the Pit would fart around those same speeds. From what I could figure it had more to do with wind direction. If I ran into a throttle side wind it would cough just once or twice. I haven't noticed it in a while tho....

Weather will play a part in it also. When I had my spike air filter pointed forward on cool days the stumble was worse. Hot and dry days it was not as bad. Always around 65mph. Since I pointed it up I've had no problem with it. You can jet it till your blue in the face, but if you ride in all types of weather like I do the stumble will remain (with the spike pointed forward). This is one of the reasons a lot of people don't like the spike air filter. This is what I've experienced with the spike air filter, hope it helps

Never a stumble for me anymore after I rejetted, unless it's raining hard. Spike always facing up

I guess I should have added that I've never had the stumble with it pointed up, when I had it pointed forward I tried to rejet and adjust the carb several times, and could never get the stumble to go away. I should have been more clear. I've riden in the rain several times and with a rain sock on I didn't have a problem.
