This tuesday at West Salem, 6pm.Let know next time you are planning on going to the track. I'll meet you there.
That's kewl bro! Sounds like fun! Isn't that what's its all about? So, I had so much fun at the track last time I went that I decided to go again last night just to mess around. I was very impressed at my 12.1 ET @ 108.4 mph which was quite an improvement over the last time. I raced a HD 103" police special who only did a 15.5 ET @ 83.4 mph. Now this guy was pushing 300lbs and was shoving hot dogs down his mouth two at a time. Everyone was impressed that these bikes could perform so well bone stock.

Rev hits = loss of warranty.....:loony:Despite some criticism from other members for wanting to take the bike to the strip, I had an amazing time. I saw some awesome cars and bikes, met some cool people, got to legally push my bike to its limits and most importantly had a lot of fun.
This video was my second of six runs, I was still learning and pegged the rev limiter which hurt my ET
Best ET 12.521 @ 103.22 mph for ¼ mile. I am car #1 on the slip, colum on the right. I was racing a Busa with a turbo @ 6 pounds of boost. It was both of our first times at the track.
This is a stock S&S 117", I cannot wait to see what the xxx carb, .650 cam and whimer intake will do next year.
A helmet and some type of jacket is all that is required. I wear chaps because it gets a little nippy out when the sun goes down of course. Gate opens at 5:30 and racing starts at 6:00. Last friday it was busy, a 100 cars and a dozen bikes. Only got a couple of runs in, tuesdays seem to be better. See you there. What is require at 42 besides a helmet to race?
