Yes C, as I stated in my post it's to not look over-wide when the bags are on it. Will be interesting to see what the bags look like when they come available.Does Bigdog have a reason for going with the skinnier rear tire???

mostly to keep the ass end from looking too fat with the bags mounted. also, can you imagine how much rubber you would be slingin' with a 330.35r 23 on the back? remember, the taller the tire, the skinnier it is going to look. :2thumbs:Besides being skinnier for the bags, they are moving toward the new trend for taller but somewhat thinner tires - like you see on cars and big SUV's lately. So it is also a style decision.Does Bigdog have a reason for going with the skinnier rear tire???
they've obviously seen Knotso's bike with his bags on itYes C, as I stated in my post it's to not look over-wide when the bags are on it. Will be interesting to see what the bags look like when they come available.

Ah, Ray, you have NO imagination! <razzzzzzz>  ...This is pretty but I liked the one that was at Myrtle, all black.
Why do you say that about the 300 rear tire? What are the negatives? ThanksSmart to build a bike with a smaller tire. I wouldn't buy a 300 bike. Neither would every friend I ride with with exception of one that rides a k9.
