Either weekend works for me 15th seems to be in the hunt

Well the first weekend of May and probably all that week we are going to the mountains and do some riding for 7 to 9 days hopefully....then we got to get back and get stuff ready for the 22nd

Anybody that needs directions to the farm in Rogers, AR.
It's exit 82. off of 49. Promenade exit. If your coming South, exit and cross over the freeway. if your going North, make a right after you exit. Go to the first light and make a right. Go to the second light. S. Bellview Rd, and make another right. This will take you back across the freeway. First farm on the right. If you get lost, 573-247-3508

Ok, we have less than a month for the May Gathering at Dave's. This will be the last May Gathering at Dave's, but we will continue the September one during BB- BBQ, until he decides to sell the farm. At which point, we'll decide what to do then.
Our hope is to move the Spring/ Summer Gathering to Tennessee. More on that as details arise.

We need to start getting a head count, and figure out what will be cooking. Haven't heard if anyone is donating meat yet, so if we need to, we can all pitch in something. What do you have extra of in the freezer.
The ladies have done an excellent job of preparing sides dishes in the past. ( THANKS) And let's not forget the deserts.
@mastiffdave , can you get us an inventory of any supplies that we might have left over from the past, that would be great.

I'm there. I have @ least half a dozen pork butts in the freezer (prolly more). I can do up some Harry sacks of meat ifn anyone wants? Pulled pork aint shabby.

I can bring a couple portable flat tops and grill up some fajitas and some breakfasts.
I would supply the fixins also.
Gotta 18 x 36 and a 17 x 17.
Bringing a truck camper, bike in trailer .
Don't have a bike luggage rack sorted out yet.

We have a flat top grill there, and bbq pit.
Fajitas sounds awesome. I'll bring along some of my wife's famous salsa, and whip up some cilantro lime rice to go with it.
