I agree Al. With a single rotor setup, when you brake the front end will twist every time, no matter how beefy. Those brackets are ok for dual rotors, but I don't like it at all for the single. Right now I've got so much other BS on my plate, but I'm looking into putting a hiem on there, that's what it needs for sure.

Moe, I used to run a springer on my HD. It was a Paugho and I ran dual PM single puks on it. They came with the heims from PM and I think Paugho sells them out right too.

Looks good moe, frame looks pretty level. You should pick up some of those chrome saber covers for the fork legs, would look good with the black mamba finish.

So I finally got the wiring done with the much needed help of my friend Jeff from NAMZ Custom Cycles.

Deutsch connectors for the speedo/bar controls and ignition. This is everything more or less completed, except for the charging system. A Badlands module is taking care of the signals/running lights/brake lights.

Since I'm using just the plunger on the starter instead of a start button/relay etc, I was able to just run my compression releases into the plug that used to feed 12v to the starter solenoid from the EHC. Now when I press the plunger, 12v will backfeed from the starter to the solenoid, and activate the releases for as long as the start button is held.

5 weeks to get my bars chromed at DGM. I'm really pissed about that, I never should have brought them there because everyone told me. They quoted me 2 weeks, that was 3 weeks ago, and now they are saying 2 more weeks. As of right now, there are some little loose ends I need to wrap up but everything is pretty much done.
