Now it's much softer and better to steer
Braking has also improved
I also replaced the front rims and tire, on a wider 120-70 / R21

I was in Moscow and St Petersburg in the early nineties...it was very sad times for the people over there. I'm very glad to see that things have improved...Damn! You guys are doing Very well!
