everyone knows about this subject including our forefathers yet it continues week after week, month after month, year after year...yet when the new guys come on and see the adds and that it is a sponsor of this site well then they go through the same things everyone else has went through as long as i have been here....I think they feel sorry for him or maybe they have contractoral obligation to his add...either way it makes the site look bad for continually supporting someones buisness that is undependable, unresponsive and unkool if you ask me.......and after this some other excuse...excuse #257 will come along and there will be this support and whatnot...and hes a good guy and hes got some personal shit going on and this and that but nothing at al will change..........

So, a barmaid takes your order for your beer, collects the money, and disappears. She says she will have you that beer right away. You wait, nothing happens, so you start inquiring. No one responds. You get frustrated, and finally the barmaid delivers the beer two hours later, with a bunch of excuses as to why it took two hours. You say "ok" and the barmaid leaves. Then you take a sip, and the beer is rancid. You find the barmaid, and she says "sorry the beer is bad, call Anheuser-Busch and they will make it right."He is too busy here>>>>WB Saloon & Cycles - Blanco, Texas

You think that is bullshit and say so, but the barmaid disappears again, leaving you to deal with the problem.
So you post on the forum monitored by your brothers about your experience with the barmaid, warning them about the barmaid's business practices. Several people post in response, and claim to have had similar experiences.A few people post in response, essentially being apologists for the barmaid, and listing reasons for the barmaid's lousy customer service.
After that experience, you buy your beer elsewhere.
Beezers Custom CycleLet's find a dealer that will give us 15-20% off. It's a win-win considering we all buy alot of stuff.

Too bad. :2thumbs: for trying!!! If anything changes let everyone know. You would have plenty of loyal customers!I actually tried to get us set-up for parts only and BDM said no even though we have all of our docs in order. Vin Lic, Fed EIN, State Cert, etc.
I DO understand that they prefer to have full dealerships or at the very least service centers which is why they won't consider us.
My thought to them was that there is a VERY STRONG customer base on the web site that some of them are searching outside of their local dealers for different reasons whether it be price, relationship, convienence, etc. to make these purchases and it should be embraced.
I repeat, I agree that it is very important for BDM to protect their dealers. I guess I was thinking there is room for everyone as long as the customer is taken care of.
Either way, I tried.

As soon as Biker's Dream of Atlanta offers a discount I will glad to place my order!Dream machines of Atlanta
