I have sent multiple e-mails and called and left a message for Nelson at Wicked Bastard Cycles trying to get a price on some Big Dog parts.

Is he on vacation or what? Anyone know?

Or can you tell me a different place to buy a backrest kit for a 2003 chopper?

I did a search for this subject and found posts asking if he is still around, but it has never been determined if he is or not. Just trying to get some more info. and see if anyone else has tried to do business with WB lately.

And I have heard plenty of good things about Biker's Dream, but I am trying to look around for a good deal too and not just retail cost.

I hear ya...

I ordered a luggage rack from him a few weeks ago. A few days after my order, I sent him a email asking how long he thought it might be. He replied within a couple of hours, told me "No worries, I’m looking for confirmation on shipping from the factory now. Should have an answer for you in the next hour or so." Never heard back from him.

I sent him one more status request last Thursday, no reply. So on Monday, I wrote him I want to cancel my order, and credit back my card asap. Nothing has been done yet, so I may have to dispute it with the c.c. company.

Nelson seems like a really nice guy, but you gotta run it right or get out. You can't take people's money and let them hang on a prayer for weeks. It was my first buying experience with him, and I'm done, won't do it again.

everyone knows about this subject including our forefathers yet it continues week after week, month after month, year after year...yet when the new guys come on and see the adds and that it is a sponsor of this site well then they go through the same things everyone else has went through as long as i have been here....I think they feel sorry for him or maybe they have contractoral obligation to his add...either way it makes the site look bad for continually supporting someones buisness that is undependable,unresponsive and unkool if you ask me.......and after this some other excuse...excuse #257 will come along and there will be this support and whatnot...and hes a good guy and hes got some personal shit going on and this and that but nothing at al will change..........
