Oil seal open primary

Thanks in advance for any help I receive.
This bike new to me. 107 bulldog.
Someone put aultima 2" open primary on.
Had oil leak. Seal was not in backwards.
So I did that . Still leaked.
Back apart and found part that seal that Marrys to on crank is spinning ok crank. Not spinning in seal.
Also does shoulder on this part go in or out.
Proper name for spacer?

That spacer is for the open primary only, might want to double check and get ultima install document. Should be on their website

The shoulder in or out would be in those directions. It should mate nicely one way vs the other against that bearing can't tell by the pic. Although it doesn't look like the standard offset spacer so I'm a bit lost. Maybe someone who has an ultima will know?

Also that outer bearing race around 2pm looks bent!

It fits tight with shoulder out. Be didn't know if that was from damage.

I believe the shoulder goes in. Also , in behind that is an o ring.

Check for the slightest nick where that seal will mate . I put several in my baker and finally took my time to check the mating surface and found a small almost invisible nick. Your fingernail would hardly catch on it but some emery cloth to smooth it up and never leak again.

Like Eric said that bearing is your biggest problem . It’s bent and needs replaced.

Research found I need a spacer between spacer and magnetic.Was in pile of parts I for with bike. Sand down spacer found nick.
Oring was bad.
Good eye on the bearing pic.i came out right then. Bad pic.
Order parts hopefully that a rap. Want to ride not wench.
My shovel and I got along very well. Hope it will happen here.

Nice, didn't look the spacer I would have expected but sometimes you never know what goes in the bike before you buy them.

Bought then my son And I did tank( was on my 49 panhead and fender is 3 into one.
Faring cut up and I wrapped
Wrapped back fender also

You can get some silicone hose and cut it in sections to slide over your foot pegs for better grip.
