May be weak it should be 12.8 vdc not under load.

Technically you read the needle in the yellow so out of spec it is. Shoot a pic of it tested now in the static, no load. Where are we at? Let's just say battery was not fully charged for the load test. Photo shows you're 12.4v or below, remember the processor works at a 5v range and points on the battery level count towards a running range for the processor to send the signal its strength in voltage.
And again, we changed batteries, this sends the start sequence and key cycling to fire up the processor. We have that year for this kind of hold start, turn key off, key on, fires off?

That is a PDM kit it was called. It was supposedly their repair to EHC back in late 2000's. It didn't last long, probably for a reason....I know the one that the previous owner had installed in a K9 that I bought didn't make it far before that unit failed. It's also kind of a mess of wires...
Also, just looking at your battery tray setup, that looks like a 2004 Ridgeback not a 2004 Chopper. Which would impact a lot of the parts you buy.
