I have a 2004 chopper and I have no power. I turn key and the speedo lights up and moves a little but nothing else works. I have a new battery I’ve checked relays fuses and grounds still no luck. I have power going to hci but nothing seems to be coming out of it no headlights no brakes or turn signals can’t even get a clicking noise out of starter relay and no start lol please HELP ……

Can you post a picture of the computer / controller. Is it still the stock EHC?

Thanks for the pics. Not sure what system you have? Looks like a Big Dog part. I have a 2004 chop it doesn't look like what was on mine from stock. I was going to say clean the connector at the EHC but there isn't one? Hopefully someone else will give some input. Maybe someone has seen this system before.
I’ve cleaned all the grounds I can find the bolts are rusty but everything else looks really good

Did you get the problem after you replaced the battery? What does HCI stand for? Does the battery read at least 12.8 vdc? It hasn't happened to me but I've heard of people getting new batteries that are no good.

I thought that is what that is not sure. I just got the bike it has been setting for 2 years he said the tank vaper locked on him and he had problems getting it home then left it out side over night then he said it rained that night and the next morning it had no power. He put a new battery in it and messed with it but had no luck he also said it would do weird stuff and he could take seat off and wiggle that box and it would come back on. Can you tell me what that part is called so I will know thks

LOL, act the previous owner. Key on, in N, finger holding the start button down, then start wiggling each area. Something like hold one connector and twist, turn, lift, drop, etc. Follow his lead. I'm seeing two bare wires twisted together? You grab the whole clump, who knows where it will be? Centralize the one

Have the battery load tested to be sure it's good. Since you don't know for sure the history of the bike. A voltage reading is not enough to tell if the battery is good. What does yours read?

Stock one had a pin connector on it. I will find a picture and post it.

The wires are the ground he put to ehc and believe me tried all of that
I have a load tested battery it stays in 11 volt range
