Usually all you need is a. 5/8 cup. You can get it at parts store. In the US at NAPA they cost about $2.00

Dogs are great high end bikes!!! Would not trade my K-9 for any other bike. The only thing I don't like is the cable operated clutch on the slammer tranny so I built my own hydraulic setup and no more worries now.

330 Tire is the ONLY thing I am worried about in the future...
If my bike had a 20" tire on front I would just by a 21" wheel and go that route
even if I had to put a different front fork on.

If 330 does not exist 5 years from now I suppose I would put a Car tire on the rear and modify a new fender and just drive it straight/ lol

:2thumbs::2thumbs: I agree. Except, I am going to put my dog in the Living Room so all I have to do is turn my wheel chair 90 degrees or look right when watching TV. :whoop:

This is exactly why I ripped my bike apart to the frame and re-built it custom from frame up. Sending the frame to ROLLING THUNDER who was the manufacturer for Big Dog Motorcycle Frames hopefully that helps some of you. The owner of Rolling Thunders name is SAM they are located in Canada. They fixed the back bone on my bike , put extra support bar between back bone and down tubes , I had it baked , powder coated , and ripped all electrical out , and put all color coded Harley Davidson Clip In Wiring in the bike. New Motor and built whole thing new from ground up. Nothing on my bike is BDM nothing. Title says 2003 Big Dog Chopper nothing on it is BDM the trans is stamped BIG DOG big deal its a baker transmission. 5 " Open Primary is stamped KENNY BOYCE he don't own that primary REV TECH does he just stamped his name on it to make money off it , but its way I bought it in 2011 so. Now I want to sell the bike if I get what I want for it. If not I'll keep the bike until I do get what I want for it , and ride it once in a while. I got my Harley Fat Boy FLSTF so not like I need to ride chopper w/ a bad back that Is my reasoning for selling it. I know I'll never get back money I have into it. Someone is interested let me know. I'll send pictures. Bike was completely re-built in 2012 has 3500 miles on a ultima 127 competition motor.
