Yeah, that's the term, A Kit! I sometimes find it difficult to remember those long and complex english terms!

Matt, JJ and Tapio bring up a very good question, why couldn't KMW sell the bike in a kit form where the buyer is responsible for certification and license in their respective state. It would be the same process as someone who builds a bike from scratch.

There is also a huge cost savings in labor and product liability.

Any updates on these guys? Still making them? Selling in the USA? Kits?

I know it's old thread but these guys might make the closest thing to replacement we can dream of...

On there way to Daytona to introduce a couple bikes. I believe I still have the only one sold in the USA. It's running great and so much powerful than my old 05 Chopper.
Keep an eye out for them at Daytona and Sturgis

Ray,
I'm guessing you forgot the word more in between much and powerful? :)

I'm curious as to what would make it more powerful, your thoughts?

just an assumption, but the '05 was the EPA motor. almost anything would make it more powerful, even a sail added to the sissy bar.
