I noticed that too!!!WOW, it's Tim and not Timmy... somebody is REALLY pissed.:roll::roll:

:2thumbs::2thumbs::2thumbs::2thumbs::2thumbs:I say lets do a group buy and help Big Dog get back on there feet!!
:damnit: :cursin:Sorry guys, this is all my fault... I bought a Pontiac G8 in 2008 and one year later Pontiac is gone. Then I buy a Big Dog and a month later they fold... hmmm...

X2:iagree:Who were the dudes that told me that Sheldon SOLD his share of BDM's?
They swore up and down he wasn't involved anymore, when I said he was....come on fellas' you know who you are....step up.
Tank, I think your in denial... Lena pretty much turned you into a rubber ducky. I'd venture to say Strokers does a bit more business than BDM Tampa, so I'd trust her statement that Rick spoke with the boss.
One way or the other guys, you'll be fine and so will your bikes. I've been there & done that with AIH. If the company is done, more than likely your warranties are done too. Not that it should be an issue anyways. Hell I only had a 6 month warranty on mine when I bought it new.............thanks to a big ole' 124ci S&S.
:iagree: with the exception that if BDM wanted to reorganize (as in implementing a new business model such as an after market parts seller?) they would file Chapter 11 not Chapter 13. Yes, I know I'm picking fly shit out of pepper here but there's already enough third party info flying around in this thread! You liquidate (close) under Chapter 7 or you can reorganize under Chapter 13.which is what I believe Tank was referring to.
You should know that under Chap 7 you don’t close the doors and leave. After you file, the court will place the company into receivership and appoint a trustee to run the company. The purpose of the trustee is to get a financial picture of the company, inventory assets and liabilities. A minimal staff remains to assist with the transition, contact vendors, etc etc. This would normally include the receptionist and other administrative personnel. Money owed to the government takes precedence.
It is a “process” and not an “event” and can take months to years to complete.
I also searched Next-Generation EDGAR system - Better Data. Stronger Markets. and found nothing...One sure way of knowing is to see if the court docs have been filed. I assume it would be in the 18th Judicial District Court, I just did a search and came up empty which means it either has not be filed or has yet to make it to their on-line system.
That ain't no shit!!!! :bang:This thread is honestly worse than reading the enquirer...at the end of the day we still havent a clue as to what is truelly happening....
Yup!This thread is honestly worse than reading the enquirer...at the end of the day we still havent a clue as to what is truelly happening....
