I have gas in oil

it turns out after letting it sit for a couple hours the gas was overflowing the float, the needle must not be sitting properly.
Franco could probably find those threads. They come up blank on my end.

Here is the deal. The N&S are pleasantly worn out. Install both as a set. Or, turn the petcock off and call it a day. Why? You'll flow more fuel than it leaks. No harm no foul.

Here is scenario 2. The new N&S still flow when the float presses the needle up the seat, no change, same deal applies. Guess what? Back to picking up that cock closing habit.

Here is scenario 3. Down the road the new parts are going to do the same thing, will you ignore turning the pet off, and back to your old habit?

So when I changed the contaminated gas, these were 4 carbs leaking out fuel. What did the customer do? Take a guess.

so I will get a new n&s and I will all soul start turning off the petcock when not in use. But I am still not sure if I'm missing a spring or not.

Any markings off the carb? Letters. bore size, accl pump or no accel pump, mikuni, keihin, h-d>??? Stuck in the water, and the parts do not have legs so they are on the floor somewhere if any.
