I'll have to post more pictures sometime this week...if I ever get a minute without work :lol:

As far as the cause of failure, the pushrod was bent due to the valves hitting the piston.
I ended up putting new piston rings, reworked heads with new Valves, guides, springs, and seats along with brand new S&S rocker boxes and S&S roller rocker arms. I also installed a new cam bearing with the .585 cam Franco already had, new Feuling Lifters, and S&S pushrods. While I was there I also upgraded his DSSC transmission with the new main shaft and all bearings :2thumbs:

On another note, the hardest part of the job is realizing no one in Europe carries Standard tools...everything is Metric over here. It took us 4 days to find a 1/2" 12 point socket for the head bolts :bang: we ended up borrowing from an H-D dealer 40 minutes away
