I took my Wolf once to CrossRoads a few month ago, got to meet the owner nice dude, they just adjusted mine clutch that was slipping on higher gears and they did good to me, but I think Derek doesn't work there anymore.
I asked about him because I heard from you Mike in some other thread, and the owner told me that now he works there only sometime but I had the feeling, because the way he said it, that Derek is no there anymore.

This is a very good idea however, I think a good majority of guys here choose to fix their own bike including myself unless I do not have the proper tools.

I have heard good things about "The Chop Shop" in Reno NV.....They do some good work from what I have been told,and have a factory trained Big Dog Mechanic on site.....I was told this by some old school harley guys who r good friends of mine and had a little breakdown while at Street Vibrations this summer........

My vote for the best technician/mechanic in the country goes to SVEN!!! He always thought outside of the box. A true entrepreneur and I think bilingual because I never could understand what he was saying, but he sure had a way of saying it.

Just had full service, Wire Plus, and Medallion Speedo retrofit kits installed at Integ Motorsports in East Peoria, IL. Was Bikers Dream a few years back but now called Integ. Jim is the mechanic who has been there over 10 yrs back when it was Big Dog dealer. Did a great job with my install and was even able to get my air ride to operate with factory controls on handlebars after he discussed with Wire Plus. Fair labor rates and very nice owner, Will Thomas.

Highly recommended.

For service I take my Bulldog to Integ Motorsports in Peoria, IL, used to be called Biker's Dream. Will Thomas is the owner and great to work with. His head mechanic Jim has been with working on BD's for 10 yrs and knows his stuff. He changed all fluids and installed the WP kit and Medallion speedo with no issues. They had a few BD's in the shop when I dropped mine off, most were getting the WP kit installed. Fair price and honest from what I could tell. Integ and below service shop are only two places in northern IL that I know of.

Black Magic Customs in Sandwich, IL about 60 miles SW of Chicago also service BD. Phil Hoffman is the owner and a friend of mine. They used to do all warranty work when BD was in business.
