Yes I put it on a tender. All lights and everything works, I hit the run button then start and zero. No draining of the system. Just silence when I hit the start button.

Yes, I started thinking about it too. His last post said he started it and put it out in the yard. Was beginning to think how many times did the shop start it and was wondering if he uses a tender, if not it could be as simple as a weak battery. to many unknowns with what has happened...:D

ok you need to pull the green( I believe ) wire from the starter solenoid & get a volt meter & check for power when depressing the start button.. also @ this time you shoule here the compression releases click for about 1 sec.. you need to make sure both arter working,,, just place you finger into the hole in the top of the rocker box when you depress the start button the copm. release will go down for a moment.. the starter solenoid wire will have aprox 6-8 vdc. when nouthing is depressed.. when you press the start button the wire should read the battery voltage.. aprox 12-13 vdc..

The EHC (Electronic Harness Controller) is under the right hand battery cover. If you pull the seat you might be able to see the EHC status LEDs looking down from the top through the wiring, or pull the side cover.

Make sure ALL wire (smaller 18ga. wires) crimps are crimed tightly to their wire at both battery terminals. My bike would just die and loose wire terminal crimps were the reason.

Just checked my battery and I have a reading of 12.78 VDC as BigDog stated that's a good battery...:2thumbs:

I took a pic of the lights. 2 on one orange and one green. The green one flashes.
Now if I can get a pic uploaded, but I guess you all really don't need that... :)

Have you completed this step yet? Stater solenoid wire voltage?

If so, what's the results?

Bamamastiff,

Hey bud, I have been having lots of electrical issues with my 2009 Mastiff as well.
I want to go into arbitration because I am fed up with the bike breaking down.
Please drop me a line via email to discuss. bdm123163@yahoo.com
Thanks.

Welcome to the site:job::job::job:

Nice first post!:down: If you can't fix your bike then sell it and get you something more reliable. Not good to stop by, read a post and try to recruit for arbitration.

Why not toss up an INTRO, then go to the HELP WANTED section and let us know what issues you are having, what has been done to fix this issue, those results and let us help get you back on the road? Perhaps some of the other Huntsville riders might even chime in. We are here to help you with pup issues.:2thumbs:
