Yep even if it's not at night ..I've been through small towns gas is closed early or on Sunday's or maybe just closed all together. If you not sure there is a large town within 100miles always stop.Your correct Imfamous on the mirrors! Been there done that! One other thing. If your running at night. Make sure you have your next fuel stop in a town that is open! Had this happen to me running through Nebraska. Refueled at 45 miles because the next big town was 140 miles the way we went. Had I not made that 1.3 gal. Fuel up my ass would have been pushing my dog! Lot of small towns roll up the side walks at sun down!
Lol!! Na I thought your answers were good and comical I didn't take it the wrong wayHow long you been riding. Just curious as some of my answers, well, most were just a little on the smartass side. If I owe you an apology consider this it.
Thanks brother...I'll give you a destination, an a place to stay. Come up and see me. I'll show you some pictures from our rides to the East coast, and Canada. Do some riding, drinking and eating. Gotta start somewhere.

Looks like we have something else we can sit and talk about. I came out of Houston myself, about 15 years ago. Thanks brother...
I read ya. I'm wound so tight I'll probably have to put more effort in taking a breath than preping my bike. Lol!I just do regular maintenance and pack for 3 days, can always do laundry. I do have road side assistance if there's a problem. I've always made it home, one way or another. If you worry about breaking down before you even leave....its not worth going. Relax and enjoy yourself, even on the one trip I had to trailer mine home, I had a good time.
Ride down to see your old man! You got a place to crash and it's a nice ride. Take 2 days to get there.I read ya. I'm wound so tight I'll probably have to put more effort in taking a breath than preping my bike. Lol!
Now that's a real ride!Think I'm gonna go north by northwest, may be to late in the year, but we'll see, ride til I can't take it anymore or until I hit the ocean. Lost a dear family member is SoCal and I haven't been able to go back since. Might be a good time to stick my toes in the water and say goodbye.

Go for it. That would be a fantastic trip, as long as your back for BB&BBQThink I'm gonna go north by northwest, may be to late in the year, but we'll see, ride til I can't take it anymore or until I hit the ocean. When I started more distance riding, I didn't appreciate planning breaks early and often (say every 70 or so miles), I would push it tank to tank and make it a pit stop. By mid day I started getting tired/sore.Thanks for the input.
I got a ton of stuff rattling around in my head, I need to jump on my bike and let the wind blow it out.
I've never ridden more than a hundred miles or so in one direction, just tring to get an educated idea of how to go about it.
Do the trip, Big Daddy! Get ya some "alone " time to sort things out., and come to terms with the situations going on around you. Just something about open air, cool breezes, and sunshine make life a little bit easier. Do the ride, and above all, STAY SAFE, there'll be other get -togethers you can make it to!Not sure if I'll be back in time for bb&bbq.
Hope I can make it, but I need this trip.

Which ever direction ya take, How ever far ya go or How ever long ya ride, Be Careful, and Stay Safe! Yer friends here want ya around awhile longer! And before I forget, truly sorry about your loss! It can be really hard sometimes, especially if they were close!Your right chubs I need to point my face in the wind.
I'm gonna ride until I get tired then I'm gonna rest until I'm done resting and I'm gonna ride straight til I feel like turning around. Might be a day might be a month. I won't know until I do.
You, a smart azz, never..How long you been riding. Just curious as some of my answers, well, most were just a little on the smartass side. If I owe you an apology consider this it.

. Where I go, who cares. When I get back, well I gotta pay the bills (so sometime within the next month). How fast do I ride, let's just say I stretched the dog out yesterday at about 108
but usually within 5 miles per hour of the posted speed limit, ya know just like Ker.. Good luck to bro.. and
