@HemiDart your a bunch of hot air. You can't claim your (supposed bike purchase) was stolen because your NOT the owner. You have nothing to claim except being naive (or stupid as many other members have outlined). I started out believing your crap but after doing some investigation of my own, I've done a 180. And I recommend others on this forum do the same. Your wasting our time, effort and your not a stand up person. What if this, Jim did this but Tom bought that but Henry sold it, bla bla bla bla bla bla the old bait and switch.. Crawl back into your hole.

It would seem, that if the title is signed over to the "buddy", then the "buddy" is now the legal owner. That title is usually the only piece of evidence the court is going to look at, without some really strong documentation as to the buying and selling agreement between Hemidart and "friend" . Just my thought! It don't say lawyer on my tag !
