The only thing I see proof of is Thomas has a bill of sale saying he bought the bike and a signed over registration. That's all the proof cops need. I gave you the police department to call with the home address of the guy selling your bike. You want an email for the police because your English is bad but your typing just fine. Who's playing who here? What have you got that tells us that you had an agreement with Thomas to provide these services on your behalf for purchasing the bike? Emails? Documents? Not trying to be the negative nanny but this all seems to be getting more fishy by the moment. And the idea of going to you local police is a great idea. You can get an English translator to help out. Just sayin..
