We try very hard to please all customers & always give the benefit of the doubt on proper installation & warranty time with our reman starters. Derek would never deny a warranty claim on a starter if he thought there was any question on our part. I've seen him hand them out when he knew the customer burned one up. I really think you let it go way too long for requesting a return.
I'm going to steal a starter from inventory & send it to you at no charge as soon as I receive your return. He's too busy to read this thread & does'nt know how many starters we have. Sorry your still upset about a 100.00 part after all this time, but we will work with you until you're happy.

Hi There

I am trying to make contact with Shovelheadkicker regarding items for sale on e-bay. Just purchased EHC software CD from him/her (inclusive of shipment) and placed a bid for foot pegs via a friends (Allan Muir) e-bay account. Trying to purchase a spare key number BD163 but e-bay is not accepting as it states that it cannot be shipped to South Africa & I must contact the seller. The problem is that shovelheadkicker does not allow contact via e-bay. I would like to have all items placed in the same bag/envelope for shipment. PLEASE HELP with a contact address.
