I got my new clutch cable today from Barnett:up: excellent customer service...I sent it to them Tuesday of last week...got my housing back with new cable today!I am going to send my cable back to Barnett....being that Big Dog won't do anything for me...

Sorry to hear about your cable. If you have a Baker Transmission there was a design change. Send us the cable and we will repair or replace it. Or you can go through Big Dog, they should replace it at no charge.

yeah I heard of some people who's cable breaks..BDM would cover it and some(like me) that they wouldn't...no biggie...I am just glad to have a spare cable nowME TOO...I refuse to answer in hopes of not jinxing myself! Guess I did answer kinda..

OOPS, sorry I didn't notice the post until today. Just a little late. I think the guys name was Luke that I talked to. It's been a while. Who knows if the guy still works there with all the lay offs. They sent me a check after I sent the receipt for the cable I bought. My bike still is under warranty. I'm sure that's why they covered it.Thats good to hear for you....but when BDM called me back yesterday....the guy I spoke to said that they can't do anything about the cable....and said hope I get more miles out of the new one than I did with my old one....who did you speak to?
