Why yes there are some drivability issues, every time he came up my left side my pant leg sucked into his carb's!!! Instead of backing off he would nail it and I would get my nutz slammed to the left and constricted!!!!!
    funny funker.

Sorry guys/TCALZo6, I can't say with certainty what cam or size carbs they are, although, I believe them to be dual 40mm based on my reading up on 'em. It is a complete Edelbrock setup and I've since changed air filters to a single oval covering both carbs (this helped keep BB's junk in his pants, lol). The stack screen covers shown above blew off (coughing) and were run over before I could get back and find them.
The only drive ability issues I've experienced (about 10k miles) is the occasional cough/spit back, but for the most part it runs very good imho. The plugs indicate to me a nice burn but, I've never dyno'd, tuned or any thing like that - I just don't mess with it. The guy told me it was professionally tuned/setup with a bigger cam and that seems good enough for me. [I'll see if I can find it in the ad from sale maybe] Looks like the complete kit setup w/dual 40's go for around 1500. But if ya have to buy separately, could be a bit more - plus cam work et all.
Keep in mind the puppy farm didn't sound like they saw the humor in it based on my voided warranty letter. I'm up to date on my vaccines, so I don't worry bout it.
No idea how it ranks in perf amongst the other players on the market. I noticed it wasn't tested in some comparison shootout that someone posted earlier this year. Dunno if it's considered junk, by those in the know or not, practical or small market share or what. Doesn't matter to me either way, I like it as is...
