Anbody got a D&M Spike or Forcewinder setup for a 117" 2007 BD Chopper?

I'm looking for polished or chrome...no black or other colors. Thanks!

I've got a D&M Twister that I just replaced with an S&S dual port but I'm not sure if I want to let it go yet. It's not the highest performance air filter but served me well for the past couple years and nothing looks better.

Never ran it vertical because I never had any problems with the A/F ratio. At least it was not noticable. Always wondered if it was because of the twist design that it worked better than most spike type air filters.

I was running the Mean Mother exhaust, XXX G carb and stock cam while I had this air cleaner on.

Knotso,

No current picture. It's in the shop right now waiting for a part (long story), dyno tuning and a bracket fabricated for the new 2-1 exhaust system. Hope to get it back next week.

I was wondering the same thing, I have the straight slots and it runs alot better mounted vertical.

If you decide to let it go, is it just the filter or the whole setup with bracket and everything?

It would be the entire assembly which includes the mounting bracket along with the filter. I should know in a couple weeks if it will be going on the market. Keep in mind that this assembly is over $600 new.

Another round please
Larry, I cut my D&M off at the elbow and slid on K&N filter. Works and looks great. I have my filter and chrome spike if you need an extra.

Will do. How did that one perform vs the stock cleaner?

Yes but I don't have the brace. My dealer never told me about it when I bought it and so I never used one.
