The blind hex hole on the left side is for a Allen wrench to hold the axle while tightening the hexadecimal bolt on the opposite side. them tighten the pinch bolt.don't forget the blue loctite.

I'm not sure what you mean. How would the Allen wrench hold the axle? Please explain. I just checked the axle to see if there was a hole in it to stick the Allan wrench but there wasn't.

I'm assuming on the threads at the end of the axle

I don't think I would loctite the axle threads, the pinch screws yes, but not the axle. I use anti seize on the axle threads.

i think the brand name of your front end is Perse performance

Perse is arse in Finnish...... sounds fitting.
