Do you have any pinch bolts in your forks? Maybe at the bottom of the fork?I just can't believe that they have made something so simple so complicated. Back tire comes of in less then 5 mins. This is Crazy
Yes, just one and it is under the right side the side with the hex nut. The left side has a hole for a hex nut but there isn't one in it nor is there any threads for oneDo you have any pinch bolts in your forks? Maybe at the bottom of the fork?
Gotta ask the question , did you remove it?Yes, just one and it is under the right side the side with the hex nut. The left side has a hole for a hex nut but there isn't one in it nor is there any threads for one
It looks like you hub has a cap over it between the spacers, I wonder if that needs to come off? May be something behind it is bindingthe axle is out as far as it can go, it spins freely and on the left side the axle is completely out of the left forkView attachment 37120 View attachment 37121 View attachment 37121
Good point!Looking at the last pic, the spacer looks cocked, and moving the wheel around doesn't help?
Put the rag and vise grip back on the axle and put a wooden paint stick against the chrome down tube and use a small flat pry bar between the paint stick and vise grip and see if you can't pry it out more that way
Great, I would check your wheel bearing to find out why there was a metal fragment in thereHey buddy, I just went out there and tried the vise grip again with a little hammer. I worked....It was a small fragment of steel that was mixed with the anti seze that was holding it in. Thank you my friends

Are we a we bit tipsy BuddyThe blind her hole on the left side is for a Allen wrench to hold the axle while tightening the hexadecimal bolt on the opposite side. them tighten the pinch bolt.don't forget the blue loctite.
