Wiring Overload

Energy One
What's up! I've got wiring nightmare and I'm looking for a diagram, drawing, anything to show the layout of this wiring harness on my 99 Pro Sport. I really don't want to have to tear into it without some support. I've found wires that change colors and split, added and resplit. I would really appreciate any help or direction I could get. I know I have a short that keeps throwing my breaker in the dash. I'm hoping it will be in my twin-main power wires, but still looking. Using an ohm meter, one end on the black w/ red strips on both and the other end I can touch to my handle bars and it will beep and show continuity or .oo on my ohm meter. I'm unplugging and checking to lose continuity. I'm testing breakers and connections. Any ideas??? HELP Please

1. All connections off... key on... keep plugging the connections back in until you hear the fuse click.
2. First load the fuse with foil so it remains connected. Key on and key off real fast.. With temp gun, you already hit each jobber so it's cold at room temp. Key on/off, you sweep the jobbers with the temp gun and who got hot too fast?
