So true about Shannon being a stand up guy!! If it wasn't for him, my bike would probably still be parked and not running!

Unless someone knows how to put a new pin in an EHC, I guess it's time for a new one.

Shannon you can repin. Its just a dsub connector. I have never taken a EHC apart but you should be able to. I guess you have nothing to lose trying

Check out this thread for an idea on what I'm talking about he has a pic of re pinning. This guy did what I wanted to try with a WP back in the day on a buddies bike. EHC had held strong then he sold it so I never got to try it.

Honestly, I think you have way too many fuses with this schematic,

Just two one from the battery and one from the VR. You could drop the one from the VR but it's there to prevent overcharging
