I am sorry to hear that and since I was may one that you may have felt pushed you away, I apologize. That was not intention nor asked for. Do not agree with many of your post, however as I had said many times and truly beleave, you took care of many of member here and helped out plenty. That I salute you for and always will and have stated so publicly.
If my opinion and response to some of your post drove you away, I truly sorry for that was not the intention and am a little taken back by such.

That said you made the decession as you felt best for you and your buisness and nothing but the best to you and your loved ones.

Sorry to hear of loss of a sponser also no matter how I may have agreed or disgreed for such, but will do my part to continue to support this forum and make it available to all members.

I'm sorry to hear this news Jake, you've done good by me on numerous occasions. Will miss purchasing stuff from you, but I understand. Maybe this will give you more time to tackle projects you have waiting to be done? :2thumbs:

Cost of advertising is chump change... Anger management classes are cheap, but I'm not mad either, actually couldn't be happier!

I LOVE helping everyone on here weather they buy from me or not. Actually I have been helping more people lately that have not bought from me, just because wire plus is back logged. Any way, I can make time out of my day to help guys, answer their questions, phone calls, emails, texts...I make time, ask anyone.

I want to continue helping, but I DON'T have time for all the drama, or hours on end to argue with the drama queens. So the only way for me to make time to keep helping all the people here, get work done in the shop, and help those on the phone is to stop sponsoring the forum. I've been doing for around 5-6 years and it has been great. Appreciate all the support, but I want to continue supporting the forum on my free time and this was the only way to make time.

It wasn't wire-plus' decision. It was a decision I made due to a few members on here thinking that I am only here to monopolize on the forum, and the people that "NEED" EHC replacements. So I pulled the plug as being a sponsor business and will only be a member just as all the rest here so that I can voice my opinion and help members without the few thinking I am only trying to make a buck.

The profit margin was so little and the time I was putting in with helping everyone, I wasn't even covering the time I was investing, but only getting the satisfaction of helping members get their bikes back up and running at a price cheaper than they could get it anywhere else... but then my business name was getting bad mouthed on here by those few to boot. Didn't want my shop name affiliated on here any more... but will be more than happy to help guys out that need it.:2thumbs:

As of now I will only be ordering wire-plus product just for my personnel use in the shop and not selling them any more over the counter/internet. I had to pretty much beg and plead to Rick at Wire-Plus to let me sell at the 10% on here because he doesn't let any of his dealers sell on the internet below WP's set prices.

Wire-Plus is very good company, I have enjoyed selling their product, and there is nothing out there that comes close to the quality put into their products.

Although I’m new here I would like to express my appreciation for each and every post you took the time for. There is a wealth of knowledge on this forum if only one will take the time to read. In my 57 years on earth I have learned that knowledge will get that @ss out of trouble. I live on the edge of nowhere , the closest shop is over 100 miles away and it SUCKS so I’m pretty well screwed unless I can find people like you willing to help people they don’t even know…… God Bless You Sir. :flag:

Jake, i read some of the stick you were getting and thought how ungrateful some people can be. As far as im concerned you are top notch and always help out when you can ! Dont be dispondent by a few half brains when the majority appreciate what a fab job you do...

Hey Jake, I went to bat for you in another thread and got kicked in the nuts. I don't get it.

Anyhow, I'm not clear how all this ties into your not offering the WP kit on your web site, nor do I care. I DO care to purchase the WP and covert my Chopper to the WP setup. If I bring my bike to you as a local customer, will you do the install?

Sure, give me a call and we can set up a day for you to drop the bike off for an install. I have a couple guys setting up installs around Bike week and/or the following week but this week works too.

As for going to bat for me...THANKS! But as you just experienced...drama on here has gotten WAY out of hand... for a bunch of bikers.
