Mick, I believe that is the Comp Cams 569. It came in the 05 and 06 bikes. Here are the specs if you need them.

Thanks Matt! You are awesome. It’s going to John Sachs with some other parts & it is off of a ‘06 chopper. Was just curious what brand it was.

The cam gear should go back to the original set up. That's a MATCHED set on all single cam engines. S&S, Harley, Ultima.
