I somewhat feel for you, in that you got a bike that is basically a lemon, and the dealer isn't really standing behind it.
However, a lot of what you said just doesn't add up.
For one thing, you say that you were told by the dealer that the bike has a perfect service record. Then you go on to say that the rotor was bad, causing the hopping, the brakes were bad from day one, and it had a bad battery which melted last week.
Perfect service record??? really???
Number one thing to do... go back to the dealer, and spell it out for them how you were told the bike had a perfect service record, then show them the proof that these items (IE: Rotor, brake pads, and battery) were defective.
You also state:
"...use the front breaks that it hops up and down big time, everyone told me that was normal."
Who is "everyone"? The dealer? If so, then again inform them that this is NOT normal, and how did they ever get the idea that it was?
Now we have the real clincher when you state:
"just got 25 million bucks doesn't mean I need to be a fool and now I am getting upset"
Excuse me??? You just got 25 million bucks and you went out and bought a used Big Dog, with NO warranty? Huh???
Then you go on to say:
"I keep paying and paying and nothing is done right."
With 25 million bucks, by a frig'n brand new Big Dog, then have their unlimited mileage, 2 year warranty (or whatever it is nowadays), and be happy!
I actually don't see ANY REAL problem at this point!
