Guys, need a tad bit of help. I adjusted the valves - great do it yourself job! BUT, I noticed one of the front cylinder exhaust pushrod sliding tube will not seat down inside the machined block on the engine. I dont recall if it was like this before I slid them up. All the other 3 sit deep in the block.
So After I get it done, I start her up. BIG oil leak from that area. I unclip, slide up, re-seat the thin washer, and again slide the cover down with the oring on it. Leak is fixed (confirmed with a 10 mile ride
). But the damn thing is still not sitting in there like it should. I think the countersink area should be deeper?
Is this correct??? Are yours like this?? Its a 107
Thanks!!
