I'm quite sure that they would splice into your harness and install normal indicator flasher unit and since you have LED's
in your bike they would also put in resistors to simulate the normal globe current draw.
Just my thoughts.

Yes it was done by a dealer in Melbourne but I have since changed my harness controller and part of the wiring for DOC's .
Anyway I do not think that either of them have that feature.
Thinking about it a bit more they might splice in an electronic box instead of the old flasher unit .
Apart from the indicators flashing at higher rate when fault is present (never knew I was supposed to have it) the DOC's controller was a special order for Australian
requirements. (I have asked for what I wanted like indicators working independently from brake lights...).

Hi guys, i don't have a flasher unit anymore everything is controlled via the Wire Plus unit, prior to that A to Z imports did a spaghetti job and installed a flasher unit that fused and burnt out weekly.
If your running LED indicators your standard ECR should do all the flashing. I got 4 orange LED indicators from China on flee bay for $20 delivered removed the LED's and installed them with clear covers worked perfectly.
Where abouts are you Fitzy? Send me a PM.
