Travel length and housing length for lower leg

First off I want to introduce myself as Kevin a collision repair technician living in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania I pretty much work on any and everything bikes,cars,appliances,etc...lol...I'm looking for the stock OEM measurements for the clutch cable on a 2008 bigdog pitbull with a baker dssc rsd6 speed for reason of having a different type of handlebars on that are much higher needing to order a custom clutch cable from magnum and need to use all oem measurements on the cable except for the housing length of the upper leg which I will figure out..I haven't had the bike on the road operational ever and am in the process of building at the moment..I'm at a roadblock with this and haven't found anything on it yet thats definitive.Any help would be greatly appreciated and ty before hand..I'm going to leave an attached image of the order sheet explaining more of what I need and why

I appreciate all the info and knowledge you all have given me on here and I did send barnett a email explaining what I was looking for so hopefully I'll hear back soon..I'll post some pics also in a bit...I would say it's more like a bigdog pitbull custom build..I have the original handlebars and hand controls,batt box side trim pieces,forward controls,etc.I wanted to do something different though and decided on road glide foot pads and controls,a chrome octagon oil tank,so fabbed and welded brackets to adapt those components..the engine is actually a ironhorse S&S 111 evo engine with like 100 miles on it.Baker oem trans which when I got opened up 2 make sure it was all baker which it was and shifted through the gears fine which it did..somewhere through these 2-3 yrs probably when fitting the chain drive sprocket I somehow must have pulled the input shaft that way cause a month ago couldn't get it into 5-6 gear..messed with adjustment on shifter paw to no avail. Finally got brave and took the shift drum off to Firstly find that there were 2 out of the 3 shift forks thst were brand new and then a fork from a running bike that was also grinder on or "machined" on got 3 new ones from baker and a new fork rod and still no go...they definitely needed to be changed regardless and would have never know if it was not for the shaft.As I was going over it through the 3 weeks or so I though that the marks on the gears were centering marks but wasn't sure.when I finally got a in color copy from a web site then I could actually see how to shift gears minus the forks confirmed the shaft needed to go back towards the output side..I put output sprocket on with 5 gallon paint sticks on either side and put the clutch hub on the other side,simply tightening it up by hand drew it back into place easily enough answers good..I mean everything inside that gear box was brand new never ran except 4 that one #2 rsd6 fork which baker said didn't look like it was his anyway....So thats the most current and then now on to the clutch cable to button that up..

Here's of the transmission problem and the fix.heres some pics and 1 of it somewhat "mocked up".I was gonna build run and rip down clean and put together 1 final time but instead I'm just gonna break down what I have and polish all that up and clean etc then put back on and finish building it 1 last time locktighting,greasing,etc..Another thing I need to address is if the wheels are width wise in the correct position.find out how to check or know and if they need adjustments just how to go about handling that..I also changed it to a chain drive and got rid of the rear and trans belt drive sprockets...

That's great that you are rebuilding that bike, but there is a problem that you are going to run into eventually. The 280 40 20 rear tire isn't being produced anymore. The new BDM still has a few left. You may want to buy a few if you are planning on keeping the bike and putting some serious miles on it. Those are the only tires left in existence. They are cobras, so they are already several years old.

Thats a good look on those tires and I hadn't known that at all..Also I'm not rebuilding it I bought it off a guy who im guessing bought it as a kit and gave up or more likely ran outta money cause we all know how much this stuff is worth or how much you'll pay for the parts and pieces etc..he also didn't have an engine so .I got it from him for a fair amount of money and here and there picked up most of the needed parts I didn't have or want to use for a steal considering really..have a bunch of bigdog pitbull stuff and other parts 2 get rid of afterwards..are you talking about the lady Donna from bigdog has the tires??
