Well back up and running for now, buddy gave me a trans till i get the parts for my Baker OD6...it's going to be about $700 for parts...I tore it down (easy to work on) and the failure mode was the needle bearings in the main drive gear failed, which in turn wiped out the main drive shaft and the main drive gear scavenged up some of the needle bearings and meshed em between the main drive gear and the 5th gear countershaft, which resulted in those 2 gears breaking some teeth off....the only tell tale sign leading up to the failure was a noise when i would pull in the clutch and coast...describing this noise sounded like a chain driven drive to rear wheel...very faint noise..
