I have the Thunderheart set up in my bike .
Was very easy to install ( even a carpenter can do it ) !
All the wires were color coded and had writing on the wire where it goes.
Everything was there starter, lights, directionals, voes - one wire at a time .
The main controller fit in the recessed area of the rear fender just fine .
simple install - they also have a great tec guy who I called a few times during the wireing . colors matched up to H.D. switches.
Have had 3 years trouble free. I <3 my chopper !

Looks like a very clean set up, and recommend by Andrew on another post. My question is this, does one have to switch to HD controls to be able to use it or can you use it with the existing BDM controls. :loony: I have the WP and may go to the PMD (which I already have) and which does not have the self cancellation turn signals. That is where this beauty would come in to play. Just thinking out loud :D

The Thunderheart does require their momentary switch adapter for 04 and newer Big Dog Controls. Carlos you can buy a blinker cancelation module for that issue with the "PDM". Let me know if you need one as I can get it for you.

Thanks Curtis go ahead and get one for me, that way I'll have one in hand when I get the time to install the PMD.

Yes they work great on any year big dog. But like Curtis said, you need the $50 switch controller for the 04 and up. I'm having a slight issue with one right now with an EFI bike. This is first I have installed onto EFI. Everything works other than the fuel light is staying on...not sure why. Need to investigate further. Otherwise, all other functions work.

Do we also need a module for the brake light? I also need a 30 amp circuit breaker for the power line. I am also wondering about a starter relay ....need? Do not need?
Thanks
