Yeah I used a big flat head screw driver to drive the parts in why putting in the clip. The rebuild kit had a new rubber cup, it was that the ebay bought used forward controls didn't have one. And I was using it as a "blue print" to rebuild it. Its really sad that BDM directions don't have a cut away or layout of the parts.

Yeah that's pretty much the idea on the pipes... when I go screamin by I want them to make the person wince/flinch.

The brake rotor on the table? Its for the front wheel and is stock.

Gas.... the Phoenix is looking soooooooooooo sweet. Youv'e done an incredible job on what was a great bike and turning it in to an absolute one of a kind!

BBD... thanks. I have tried very hard to make it something worth talking about.

As far as the points cover. I modeled it after the trans am/firebird. That and the phoenix are nearly one of a kind. Plus its shape fit so well into the round cover.

They are custom! I designed them in the guidelines that Eric would let me as the custom metal man...he put concept into metal. the thread below describes the process I went thru and what I used for inspiration
