Apparently there were big problems at Buffalo Chip.

10th time at the rally, 3rd time at the Chip. Concerts were OK, Dee Snyder was better than I thought and Alice cooper was too. Skynard rocked!! But the whole expereince started off poorly when they shoved us in that field friday night telling us that they would bring us into the grounds in the order we arrived in and to be ready to roll at 6:30. Then they fucking forgot us and it took a dozen of us bitching for two fucking hours to get anyone to get off their fat asses and let us in. In the mean time they were letting everyone else in and lieing to us telling us they were putting them in a line that would go in after us. The next day they tell us not to run our AC because they are over loaded and it kept tripping breakers. Heres a hint, if you sell x number of 50 amp slots, and x number of 30 amp slots, have the capacity to handle that number of slots. even a journeyman electrician can do the math. Woody, your as money hungry as that Michael Ballard fellow down the road. I dont mind you making a profit, but really, selling off more spots than you can handle? And then asking us that paid for the use of electricity to not use it? And what about spending some of that money and creating another access road or two to the damned highway? NOBODY wants to spend 45 mineuts getting out of the campground to do what the rally is supposed to be all about RIDE BIKES. Untill there are some changes I am going back to GLENCO and the naked mile. Granted the concerts arent as great, but there are plenty of damned good bands to listen to in SturGIS and out at the SPOKE too. Sorry, but I you shouldnt have abandonded us in that damned field and left us there with no excuse, and no apology. Thats not how you treat your customers. I would be out of business if I did that to my customers.
