On my Triumph I have forgotten to put the kickstand down a couple times costing me some plastic parts. On the Pit, I forget to pay attention to the revs when goofing off and kill it when I over rev the motor. Got to love rolling burnouts.

Just recently started to turn the fuel off... it's happened twice where fuel was puddling under the bike, so figured I'd get into the habit of turning it off. Started the bike and let it warm up a bit... was just about to take off, gave it a couple wraps... it died. Then I remembered about the petcock. lol

Clicked starter button, bike in first gear, forgot to pull in clutch. Blame it on beer.
Did that once... just barely clicked the start and "luckily" it jerked just enough to get my thumb off and it didn't start up. Coulda been bad...

Left the Kick Stand down once:bang: Caught it before i pulled a Billy Lane:eek:
Did this the other day... luckily I was rolling out slightly to the left and it kicked it up.

Spent 2 hours cleaning and polishing the bike just to drive down to the gas station just to over fill it and trash the detail job!! WTF.:bang::roll:

I have run out of gas, only to learn that reserve will get me about 3 miles. I have forgotten to turn on the gas, but got it before I stalled out, and while standing next to the bike I have started it while it was in gear. I had a nice scrape where the rear peg hit my calf. I still don't know how I managed not to drop the bike. So much for safety features.
