Wild Steed Worx can a set up like this for you.
Speakers are on either side of the speedo there on the handlebars.
Clamps will fit up to 1-1/4" handle bars.
Music device is shown mounted to the right by the throttle but it could placed somewhere else.

I put a couple of 400 watt speakers for sale and amp on my Husky but I found I had to go back to er earbuds cause I had cut the baffles off a little too much on the V&H Big Radius. I put the speakers and amp on my Harley Heritage and they worked fine. Trade offs in everything it seems. Yeah the Heritage does have a cup holder.
I need speaker system for my chopper. Which latest product will you recommend now?

I'm still looking too. I'd like to get something that doesn't really stick out. That would definitely take away from the look of the bike.

I've got bluetooth earphones that I use and a set of sound isolating earphones that are wired.

I can still hear the important crap (can't hear you talk to me when you pull up next to me at a light though)

I like having the music and GPS for the long runs where I'm not really sure where the turn is and road markings are questionable at best someplaces.

I have installed the bullets from Cycle sounds. Great warranty also. The speakers fit inline with the bike. Most people can not tell they are speakers. The amp is one of the smallest available. Mounted it under the tank. Nice sound up to 80mph

Stereo on a K-9? Seriously? No, I didn't think so.....

Good, now that we have established that it is an oxymoron to mount any speakers, iPods, or other music on a chopper, lets continue with a discussion leading to listening to music while on longer trips.

I opted to buy a bluetooth headset and mounted in our helmets so we can communicate, get direction from the iPhone GPS, and listen to music as we please. However, no speakers, no bagger style rap music will ever be mounted on a K-9 by any guy with any respect for himself.

Yes, it is my $0,02 worth and I'm sticking to it !

I am the kind of guy that will listen to a song over and over again. I didn't know you needed speakers for the V&H 2 into 1!:roll::roll:

I have plenty of respect for myself and fellow man yet strangely I have very beautiful speakers on my K9 bought with my money that I worked for. To think that your ideals as to how it should be is right is quite disrespectful to yourself. It's like saying you like your women a little fat and on the trashy side means we all have to!! The guy asked a simple question. This forum is supposed to be about helping each other. Guess I understood wrong. Then again I do have speakers.

Here's my dog with garmin gps and all. Underneath the tank you see the small chrome amp. If you want to get speakers, it is your choice. No man tells me what I have to do. I am looking for my enjoyment, not others.

What you understood wrong is that we are all entitled to an opinion about it. Me, like most that have posted here, think it is an oxymoron to mount a stereo on a chopper. I simply tried to lead a fellow in to better idea and achieve the same outcome, listening to music.

I am very happy for you that you have found a solution that you like, but to most of us it looks as good as low profile tires look on a Hummer.

To each his own. I even posted a thread about how to mount an iPhone on the bike and I did. However, the music coming out of it is for my pleasure and not everybody else's anoyment.

And lastly, don't act like a spoiled little girl just because someone else don't like your idea.

Obviously u have issues. Guess the same can be said for a ford truck with extended shocks and off road tires. Last time I looked in my pants I had male parts. As for u liking my idea, a mute point. Your narrow mind is the irritating point. I like all music and cultures. No need to respond after this I'm done. Ignorance is beneath me!

Guys, I didn't start this thread to cause tension. Please don't argue over this. We are all on this forum because we have a common interest. Just because we don't all share the exact same opinions on this interest doesn't mean that we should get pissed off at each other.

You are right CD. my apologies, but some of the comments were rather unnecessary and directed. My apologies for stooping. To each his own!

I have issues with anyone not accepting that I have my own opinion, yes.

Black Rider,

I like your setup. It flows well. I also like the bag on the frame just behind and below the seat. I was just throwing some humor around and I do respect everyone's opinion. Although, I do go with Stephanie's advice since she is the fashion expert in our house.
