Spiked Inspection Cover Bolts

These are just license plate spikes (1/4 20 thread). They have to be spaced out the thinness on a nut. I turned down ¼ 20 stainless nuts on the lathe then polished them. This will work on the front sprocket cover too. The clutch cover is a different story; I am working on it now. The stud needs to be longer as well as the spacing. I will re post when I get it worked out.

These are dull but the other side has Jakes Death Spike!!! Already ripped my pants on it!! Had to rip the other leg so it would match!:2thumbs:

Very cool. I have the exact same spikes on my plate. Never thought about the inspection cover.... Happen to have an extra 4 so will do same.

I worked on the clutch cover today for a bit. Its gona be a pain in the ass. have to make longer spacers and cut longer all thread but it looks pretty cool. I'll post pictures later this week when al the covers are done. It should look sick!:2thumbs:

BBChopper......did you get those from Jake? let me know....cause I would to get 2 sets of 4 for my license plate....

There's an older guy who sells them on ebay from time to time. He's really great and even made some custom lengths for me. I think he's in TX. Let me see if I can dig up his info...
