I paid 24k for my 05 choppa last December at a HD Stealer. It had about 8 months warranty left. I would say 22k is not to bad. You may do better on e-bay but be careful....:2thumbs:You guys are awesome. is 22k a good price on a 06 ridgeback with 1500 miles on it.. My friend is a Trooper with the State police and is selling the bike due to a new kid coming to this world. He is only asking for pay off. Have yall had alot of troubles with the Dogs?
Yeah....look in the gallery....scroll down to member videos....Ray has a few vid's in there from his rides.....:up:I will have to get some pics... She is hott.. How do i get with a group in my area to ride with? Does any body have any cool movies with eh dogs in it.
Right on the money FatDog :2thumbs:I think the best advise is what Dave mentioned right away, ride both and really think about what you want and what you want out of the bike.
I can tell you, if you don't like any of the following then don't buy a Big Dog,
-Strangers constantly asking you about your bike
-People staring and pointing
-Hot chicks asking about your bike and if they can have a ride
-People giving you the thumbs up as you ride by
-Getting all the attention at the gas station while your buddy on the HD gets NONE!!
-Did I mention the thing about the hot chicks??

all bikes turn the same.....first time I rode my K-9....it took me a little bit to get used to it......being most of my riding has been dirt bikes......but after that....your GTG! these bikes are a little longer than the HD's.....but they feel great.....like your part of the bike...not sitting on top of it:up:Well these bikes better be awesome. I better get some hott as girl. LOL No problem there. So are there any real big tips on riding a Chopper compaired to a HD. Or any other bike for that mater,
Take your time Luke, The Dark Side will find you. You have to feel the power and get used to it!!!! :roll:Well these bikes better be awesome. I better get some hott as girl. Dude take it slow at first, then fuckin nail it!:2thumbs:
Amen Brother you made my mind up!! Oh shit I already got one. :roll:Points to consider:
1) 117 cubic inch engine stock versus 96 cubic inch engine. How much are you willing to spend on upgrades?
2) Stock braided control cables on the Dog. How much will the replacement cables on the Harley cost?
3) The Harley does have fuel injection
4) There should be more after market parts available for the Harley.
5) You will get more atention on the Dog. When the Harley owner with the tempoary tags on his bike that he picked up the day before spends 15 minutes talking to you about your Big Dog and never mentions his brand new Harley, you know you made the right choice.
