They are pulling the baffles out of the pipe and adjusting the carb, sissybar, pussy pad and rear pegs. Should be on a truck in a day or two

The end cap on the exhaust looks like an "adjustable" supertrapp to me. You adjust it by the amount of disks on the end of the pipe. I had one similar on my race quad.

Yea it does look that...weird spot for the horn figured its gonna get wet quickly
