Ray, I want to be at least one guy who responds to your situation that completely gets it that this is about you being able to RIDE. A machine that needs to get you across the country reliably has to meet different criteria than one that is parked in the garage most of the time. I hope you can sell it to someone but I mostly hope you find a new one that fits and is destined for another 100k.

IMHO I bought the bear and have bearly rode the Pitt ! I love my big dog and the forumn members but ask what I think it's worth be prepared to get less ! I love the fact that choppers were a fad! I love Harley's but fuck they don't make pussy wet like our choppers !

I would ask your price and see what happens ???? Our bikes are out not baggers or rat rods but they rock? You may have something cool lined up?

Thanks I strive to lighten things up here ( Harmless jokes ) Although I
never degrade anyone . Its not in my nature . I <3 Big Dog Biker site -
I check it a few times a week .

I hope Ray is talking about the BDM Chopper ending on E bay very soon .
Although I agree with Nuke . Put a new S&S in there and a new Baker.
Probably would save some money and you could E bay your old parts
to recoup some cash .
Just make sure to give the guys who buy your motor and tranny
a hand full of nickels and dimes .

I'd ask 15k and go from there... Can't hurt to try.

That is a good looking bike. Looks like maybe they use standard HD controls and grips and such which would make changing easier, and I love that color looks great.

But as to your question I think 10k would be on the high side for sure considering what is available out there...of course if you're not hurting to sell it (don't need the cash or the garage space) then ask what you want and see what the hell happens.
