It sure worked better for me as well but my dealer is under the impression that you have to be an engineer to make such a crazy "assumption". Me hearing it start right up without the straining and other problems of the stock battery isn't sufficient enough of a difference in his opinion.

Braille is the shit in my book, My bike had a hard time starting sometimes when hot and say I shut down for fuel and tried firing it back up a couple minutes later, not any more..

and I always keep my battery on the tender when not riding.... I had that in last year...now I have the Braille battery and no problems so far:2thumbs:

It wasn't that the Interstate went bad on me, it just never started the bike all that well so I figured I'd try the Braille (B2015) with it's better CA and it was a noticeable difference.
To answer the question on where and how much... I went here (HRPWorld.com) because they've been said to be the cheapest company to get the B2015. I also found them to be very fast shippers as well as good customer service.

I have had a couple batteries in my 07 Bulldog. BDM replaced one when they had it a few months after I bought it along with just about all the other electronics. I also have purchased a new battery. I bought one from Harley and put in. I wonder if the EFI bikes put more stain on the electrical systems than the good ole carb units....
I would replace the battery every year or two at max myself.

I think in my case it might have more to do with the larger engine, higher compression, and bigger bore then the others but I'm sure the EFI doesn't improve matters any.
Oh boy, that 4 cu in must really make a difference. Your motor is probably easier to start than ours cause it's a square motor with a shorter stroke.
EFI bikes do have to power the fuel pump during start up. All else should be the same.

seams like the big dog batteries suck third summer thrird battery. can have it on the tender all knight go to work leave at lunch and it just has anough to start it but my speedo will not work until i ride it for awhile . then turn it off and re start it. just had it in for service and they said it because of the big motor. hell my 03 road glide still has the original battery in it.
Oh that's ridicules. My bike is going on 5 yrs old and had nothing but the poor little BD batteries in it and has provided me many trouble free miles. If you take good care of it, check your cables weekly, keep it on a battery tender and don't leave your key on when you stop and such it will provide you many trouble free miles.
