You mentioned that your top motor mount bolt was missing. Was it the one that mounts to the frame, and if so did you loose your spacer between the motor mount and the frame? It is a 3/8" thick aluminum spacer.

Mine looked good...↑Dubbs, Sorry I couldn't reply about how I found the worn transmission drive pulley, I was out of town. l noticed that the two bolts that keep the big retaining nut from backing off were worn into the side of the retaining nut which indicated that something was moving.
Yeah it had several shim... I didn't get my feelers out but everything looked good... If it moves I'll reshim everything...I think that you have done very well!
The only thing that comes to my mind is that while you had all the bolts loose
you could have checked that there are shims of correct thickness in there.
